Gentleman’s Box is a subscription service for men providing the essentials for the modern gentleman. Items inside may range from grooming supplies to wardrobe accessories – each hand selected to complement the gentleman’s lifestyle and align with our monthly theme.

Job Summary:
Gentleman’s Box is seeking a motivated Member Experience Specialist  with a desire to work in the subscription box space. This position is responsible for customer service and will engage with our members on a daily basis. This will include addressing all customer issues, manually updating subscriptions and assisting other departments with administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have strong computer and multitasking skills as well as the ability to work successfully within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter information into computer databases for effective record keeping
  • Resolve customer complaints and requests via phone, email, and social media
  • Monitor social media and engage with community
  • Work heavily in WooCommerce to manage subscription statuses (moving them from on hold to active)
  • Help with administrative tasks relating to membership experience and operations
  • Assist in the winback process of failed payments

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience using Excel or similar program where there is heavy use of spreadsheets
  • 1+ years experience with customer service
  • 1+ years experience with customer retention
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with WordPress websites is a plus
